I am trying to find out if I need a license or something to Give Away this much money. I don't understand why they(the man)are trying to make this so difficult! I am having a hard enough time convincing people that I am serious.According to the city of Hamilton, Canada. this is not considered a lottery. #193. And what is considered a lottery? The province of Ontario licenses the following events: *Bingo events*Super jackpot Bingo games *Raffle lotteries are total prizes over $50,000 *Lotteries held in conjunction with another gaming event licensed by the Provincial office including break open tickets at bingo events *Provincial break open ticket lotteries *All Social Gaming events Lottery Licensing By-law 04-134I don't believe that's what I'm doing but better check and be sure. And at this rate,by the time I reach 50,000,000 questions, I'll be too old to remember any of this.
